Error 0x8004010F

I've suddenly found that I cannot pick up or send any mail through Outlook
(2003/ XP Home). I get the message error 0x8004010F on every account that I
access through Outlook.

The accounts are all working (hotmail, provider's mail) and when I send an
account test through the "Extra - Email Accounts", the webmail associated
with that account picks up the test mail. Any ideas?

I don't know whether you are using Exchange, if you are I found the following
thread.
Error (0x8004010F)
This worked for me (Exchange 2003):
Exchange System Manager:
Goto Recipients->Offline Address Lists->Default Offline Address list, right
click and select rebuild.
