error 0x0000032 (audio driver install)

When I am installing the windows 2000 drivers for my
CS4281 PCI Audio Card It goes through the installation and
then right at the end it gives me "error system 0x0000032"
I have tried uninstalling and everything. If anyone knows
what this error message means or how to fix it please reply
