hi can yoy help me my sons old packard bell computer keeps coming up with the same erro message the erro is :
erro load c:\window\CPI3xy.dll access is deind
it has windows xp avg free

Files numbered & written like that put me on my guard, especially when I see AVfeckinG.

We will need more info ... what PB is it?

I would suggest you pop along to one of the online virus scanners such as HouseCall & Kaspersky and give that PC the twice over.
