Erro accessing file, Network Connection lost

Hi,

I copied a form from one db to another and now when i go
original db i and click on the form, i get the
message, "error accessing file, network connection may
have been lost".

All the coding is there, this only happened after i tried
to rename the main menu form that pops up upon opening the
db.

Any ideas pls.
