Err - BCMgr contacts - Could not compl last action - try agin

When clicking on BCMgr for accounts or contacts I get error message "Bus Cont
Mgr for Outlook could not complete your last action Please try again"
When I close the box then it allows me to access those areas.

What should I do to get rid of error message?

I get the same message, same situation, but only when I click on business
projects. Everything seems fine, but I always get this message.

It seems a very popular message: I get the same while trying to add new User
Defined fields in forms on the central database. I am completely stuck now.

Someone gave me the following solution - which did not work for me
unfortunately - but might work for you:

1) Close Outlook
2) Clear all cache files from:
C:\users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Business Contact Manager\Cache
3) Start Outlook.

Maybe you're lucky.
