I need to create a simple database to track the rentals of audio equipment:
12 Categories like Mixer, Cd Player, microphones
Several items per category, like Shure mic, Carvin Mike,
Quantity of items - 3,5
Name of Customer renting the equipment
My question has to do with the date fields for the rentals. Each one would
be from one date to another.
I need to be able to retrieve and show all equipment which is reserved for
specific dates in the future, hopefully in both a text and graphic format.
And show what equipment is not reserved.
Then I want to keep a history of what equipment a Customer rented.
I have programmed in Access for many years but this is my first time working
with date fields in this manner.
Any suggestions appreciated, or sample mdbs etc.
