Equation Question in Query

I am trying to limit my query to search for dates between 9/4/2007 and
1/20/2008 but I need to exclude 12/9/2007.

I have the following equation and am not sure how to get it to exclude the
date I need.

Between #9/4/2007# and #1/20/2008*

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
