Epson R260 user

I had ask about anyone using the Epson R260
I see comments on a R265.
Is this the same printer but for Europe or other area?
I am in the USA.

Epson does tend to use slightly differing numbering systems for
UK/Europe, Asia/India and Australia, so what you state is likely the case.
