Epson ESC/P vs. HP... what?

Hi, is there something similar to ESC/P on epson printers avaliable on
Hewlet Packard made Inkjets? If so, what is it called?

HP uses PCL 3 (Printer Control Language) for most if not all of their
inkjet printers.

Canon uses CEM (Canon Extended Mode) for most if not all of their inkjet
printers.
