epson cx3650 reset

Hi, I have just reset the protection counter on my CX3650 as i have done
many times on various Epson printers however this time on this printer it
has reset the counter to 0 but i cannot clear the flashing lights/error on
the printer itself.......any ideas anybody.

thanks email me if y have adj software for it (e-mail address removed)
 
I'm not sure about this printer, nor how you did clear the protection
numbers, but the newer printer require an Epson software product to
reset things fully.

whit ssc service software ver4
reset the protection counter !
but can not reset the wash tank counter ?
