Envelopes

The envelopes will not print on any printer tray selection, not automatic,
not envelope feeder, etc. What is the problem?
 
No way to answer this without more info. Look up Envelopes and Labels in Help.
 
When I press "envelope" after selecting any tray selection, the one Word
defaults to, or envelope feeder, whatever, the envelope will not print. The
printer lights up and says "use plain paper instead" and then prints the
envelope on a sheet of paper. Is this enough information?
