Envelopes and Labels Problem

S

Stephen Glynn

I'm trying to use my Outlook 2000 address book as a data source for my
envelopes in Word 2000. It's working fine except that Word isn't seeing
the Outlook Company Name field.

Any ideas what's going wrong?

Copy the following into Word

{<PR_GIVEN_NAME> <PR_SURNAME>
}{<PR_COMPANY_NAME>
}{<PR_POSTAL_ADDRESS>}

Make sure that each line is terminated with a paragraph mark and not a line
feed mark if you paste it from here.
Save as an autotext entry called AddressLayout - all one Word.
For the full range of fields you can use like this - see
