Envelope print option grayed out

I don't often print envelopes and have never had an issue, but today when I
went to print a single envelope in Word, my print option was grayed out. I
haven't changed any settings that I'm aware of...any suggestions ?
 
OK well I figured this one out....for some reason in Word when I selected to
print a document, the printer box was blank...as soon as I selected my
default printer, the print option returned. Not sure how the printer box
became blank, but at least I did figure it out. thanks to all who took the
time to look at the question.
