Envelope Fonts

I am using W 2003 and W XP. In Word I select Envelopes > Options >
Fonts. I then change the font information for the Delivery Address and
the Return Address. This works fine for the envelope I am printing.
What I want to do is have these changes made permanent. It seems that
the next time I open Word and want to print an envelope the Font
information that I previously selected has been lost.
TIA

Don't know about W2003 and XP, but using W97 in Windows 98, one can use FORMAT
/ STYLE / Envelope Address to set the font for use when printing envelopes.
Hope this helps.

The fonts of the return address and delivery address are set in the Envelope
Return and Envelope Address styles. This can be modified; see
http://www.shaunakelly.com/word/styles/ModifyAStyle.html. Note, however,
that if you insert an address in the Envelopes dialog by selecting an
address in your document, and if that address has a different font applied
*as direct formatting* (not the Default Paragraph Font of its style), that
font will be picked up.

I didn't know that, but it's nice to know. I can see an application
when I have a long line in an address and need to reduce the font for
that one time.
