Envelope button not available

Using Word 2007. When I create a master mail merge document, the Envelope
button is not available when I select the Mailings tab.
 
It should be - what exactly have you done?

I am creating the new master doc through "Handisoft - Document manager"
software (have added MS Office as Add-in and so can save all docs direct into
Handisoft Document Manager). It is only when i open the merged docs, or try
to create a new master doc, that envelope button does not appear.
 
I regret I don't know anything about Handisoft, its capabailities or its
ability to integrate with Word. I would be inclined to check whether the
add-in is compatible with Word 2007.
