Entry to printer

I have a Lexmark X74-X75 Printer, Scanner, Copier. The
Scanner and Copier work fine, but all of a sudden I cannot
print. I get the following message: The procedure entry
point GETIUMS could not be located in the dynamic link
library MSDART.DLL.
Lexmark claims it is a Windows problem.
Can anyone help?
