"Entry Point Not Found" message

Receiving the following message in a blue box when
opening Outlook 2002. I have to click "ok" many times to
make disappear. Then, Outlook seems to work ok. What is
problem and how do I fix? Thanks!
Message:

Outlook Today-MS Outlook:Outlook.EXE-Entry Point Not Found

The procedure entry point GetIUMS could not be located in
the dynamic link library MSDART.DLL
 
Donwload and install the latest version of MDAC from the Microsoft website.
