entry in the Add or Remove Programs listing

Via the control panel's "Add ot Remove Programs" there's an entry which
hasn't got any visible details, i.e. no name, no attributes and no way of
removing it. What I do know is that the entry takes up 99% of the entire
list. As the list is sorted alphabetically, it's a program that begins with
either an "R" or an "S". Is there a way of determining what this entry is,
say via the registry?

Thanks for that, the culprit was found (a game called Severance: Blade Of
Darkness).
