Entries not visible in Outlook, are visible via OWA

Hi All,

A bit perplexed by this situation and I hope someone may be able to assist
me. We have Exchange 2003 and Outlook 2003 clients. I have one user whose
calendar via Outlook will not display any entries, regardless of method of
entry. However, the calendar entires can be viewed using OWA. What gives?
If you go to calendar | new and enter your appointment/entry details, click
save, it is not displayed within the Outlook client; view via OWA and it
appears.

Coincidentally, I performed a new desktop roll-out for many of our users
this week, and even with a new workstation, new install of Outlook 2003, the
user in question still cannot see her calendar entries from the outlook
client.

Any ideas?

Thanks so much for your time and input!

Check the view settings. Also check the state of Cached Exchange mode and
toggle it to the other state, either off or on, and see what happens.

Brian,

Thanks for the heads up. We don't do very much customization of Outlook in
my shop, pretty much boilerplate setup. I did manage to find the problem
with your nod towards views, specifically:

view | arrange by | current view | customize current view

Then selecting 'Reset Current View'. Apparently my end user inadvertantly
made some changes, and of course, she has no idea how.

Anyhoo, appointments are back where they should be and I thank your for you
time.

Sincerely,

Sean C
