Is there any way to find out when the email recipient opened my message,
which I sent using Entourage X for mac?
 
Sorry, wrong newsgroup. This newsgroup is for Microsoft Access, a database
application.

Suggest you re-post to a newsgroup that is dedicated to Entourage X. Also,
check for Web sites for Entourage.

Only if the recipient's software will send a message back to you.

Assuming that the recipient does have the software, what do I have to do in
Entourage to request notification?

I'd suggest you read the help file first, then contact a group that knows
something about the product. I don't do Macs unless I get paid a lot of
money, but it is trivial in Windows.
