entering the end of the time for scheduled job

Hi All,

I have some scheduled jobs in some different timings.Some jobs will run on some particular days and some jobs will run daily and some jobs will run weekly twice like that jobs got scheduled.So the jobs having Scheduled start time.I am monitoring the job like when it's completing,till that time i have to wait for that job and monitoring it like it is completed or not and entering the end time in the excel sheet.

Without monitoring each and every time system will automatically insert the end time in the excel sheet once the job is completed. is it possible to write a program.if possible please suggest me the program.
