Entering over cell

If I have information in A1 and A2 is blank and A3 is a
heading for a new grouping and A4 then has information in
it, how can I lock A2 and A3 so that when I hit enter I
jump from A1 to A4 automatically?
 
AFAIK, this can only happen when you lock the cells A2 and A3 and the
protect the worksheet. once this is done, and you hit enter, it wil
skip from one unlocked field to another
