entering birthdays from contacts into the calendar

Is there a way to modify the text outlook uses when entering birthdays from
contacts to the calendar? Currently the text I get is 'Geburtstag von
LastName Firstname'. I would prefer something like "B'day of Firstname
Lastname (Birthyear)".
The birthyear would be helpful so that you can tell how old someone is
getting without having to look up the contact.
