Entering address from Outlook

Is there a way to enter an address out of Outlook Contacts into a Word
document. I can do this for envelopes but can't find a way to insert an
address in a document.

Your help would be appreciated.

Add the InsertAddress tool to one of your toolbars. Tools - Customize -
Commands tab - All Commands; under Commands, find InsertAddress, then drag
it to a toolbar. Now you can use it to insert addresses into the text, as
desired.
