Entered Date format

I use a form and I enter each day's current date by pressing CTRL+; (semicolon) which inserts the date in short form (e.g.
13/12/03 ).

How can I change this so that when each day is inserted it is in long form (e.g. Wednesday, 13 December 2003)??

This makes it much easier for people to read in the table because they immediately know the day of the week etc at a glance
without having to backtrack to locate the weekday from the date. There must be a simple formatting technique to do this.

Thanks for all assistance,
Cheers

Just set the Format property of your text box or field to:
Long Date
