Enter Paramter Value box displays when changing from design view b

Hi,
All of a sudden I'm recieving a message that displays a box that says Enter
Paramater Value when changing from design view back to form view.
It has two chooses OK and Cancel and a 0 above box the form will go back to
the correct record if i hit cancel and in form view and it has also wanted to
send an error to Microsoft if I click OK, hmmm?

I don't know why this comes up?

Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

Somewhere (probably the Recordsource of the form) it thinks there is a field
called "0". Since it doesn't recognize this field, it is asking for a
value. Go back and look a the Record Source.
