Enter Parameter Value Dialog Box

Hi,
When I open a form it a dialog box appears stating "Enter Parameter Value
Study #". I have looked at the properties and can't seem to find how to turn
this dialog box off. Would someone know how to turn this off?

Hi Krista,

This will happen when you have a field in your query/datasource that Access
can't resolve, so it will prompt you for the details.

Check your query that is behind your form, and also any controls that may be
referencing the "Study #" field.
