Currently, customer orders are entered into Access 2003 DB at a centralized
site via data entry staff. Now, I would like to allow customers to enter
orders directly via the Internet. Customers would enter order information
and method of payment (would use a credit card processing service to process
payments). At some point, the orders entered on-line would be consolidated
with the orders entered at our centralized site. Currently have a small shop
of 4 data entry staff and over 12 months the the DB has grown to 60MB.
Can Access support this type of hybrid centralized and on-line data entry?
Or, would another approach be more appropriate?
