Enter network password

Can somone tell me how to stop this box from appearing.

I have the correct paasword and correct details for my acount but this box
appears everytime new mail arrives.

I have ticked the remember password box, checked for problems with my mail
box provider but still it appears.

At present I just click cancel and the mail arrives as normal.

Help!

Once you provide some details then someone might be able to address your
problem, like:

- WHICH version of Outlook?
- WHICH version of Windows?
