Enter Network Password Box keeps popping up

Since Tuesday, I keep getting this box that pops up everytime I hit
send/receive in Outlook to get my e-mail and it states ENTER NETWORK PASSWORD
then below it shows my e-mail address and a place where the password is. I
DO NOT have a network and I need to know how to make this STOP happening.
