Enter line breaks in Access Text & Memo Fields

How can I enter line breaks in text & memo fields in Access 2003?

1) You can first set the controls Enter Key Behavior property to New
Line in field. Then use the Enter key to go to the next line. Use the
tab key to exit the control.

2) If this is just an occasional thing, press Ctrl + Enter.
 
I can't find an Event Procedure to make it goto the next line.
Any help?
