Enter keys not working

Rachel

My enter keys on the keyboard just stopped working.
Neither the key located with the qwerty arrangement nor
the one on the right of the numbers-only section
functions. In addition, I tried using a brand-new spare
keyboard, and it didn't work either. No other keys seem
effected, and the mouse functions perfectly. HELP!

Boot your machine with a Win98 boot disk from www.bootdisk.com,
then test your keyboard again. If the Enter key still does not work
then you have a motherboard problem. If it works then it's a Win2000
problem.

Rachel,

Check (Start/Parameters/Config/Add or Suppress Programs) if New.Net Domains
is installed on your PC. I got the same problem as you and get my Enter Key
working after removing this program.
I hope this can help you.
Regards
Francois
