"enter key" problem

I don't know what i changed, but, when I hit the "enter" key, the cell does
not change to the cell below or the cell below and to the left.

How do I get back the "return" function when I hit the enter key?
 
Tools >> Options >> select Move selection after Eneter Direction: select Down
