Enhance "Tweaks" do not "Stick"

I have used Enhance Tweaks http://www.enhanceie.com/ie/tweaks.asp to move my
Menu Bar above the address bar.
However, each time I start up, IE7 reverts back to old configuration.
It's no big deal, as it only takes a couple of clicks to alter it again.
Are the tweaks only good for one session or is there a way to make them
"stick"?

Should have added that I have Yahoo Companion (Toolbar) installed.

Makes sense.
Also, toolbar was installed ages ago so there may be a newer version for use
with IE7. Thanks
