End Show Button

I have developed a PowerPoint slide show in Office XP.
There is a custom show off the main slide show. On each
of the slides during the custom show a button exists to
return to the main slide show. This button has an "Action
Setting" of "End Show". This works perfectly fine in XP.
However, when running the slide show in Windows 2000 or
PowerPoint 97-2000/95 the button, instead of closing the
custom show, closes the entire slide show completely.

I have tried everything I know. Any suggestions?

Have you thought of changing the action settings of the button so that
instead of ending the show, it links back to the slide that contains the
link to the custom show?
