End Point Mapper Error

Hi to all,
We have a end point mapper error that cause Outlook 2003 to pop up
Authentication. I verify that RPC service is running in the server. Selected
users can't get their mailbox. What else can we do?We have 7 exchange 2000
server and 5 DC 4 of the are GC.
