End of file

Sometimes Excel think the end of my file (worksheet) if
far beyond where I really have data or formatting. When I
press CTRL +E, I go to a cell far to the left and bottom
of where I want to be. Is there a way to adjust what
Excel thinks is the last cell of my worksheet?
