encrypted emails

Work environment uses email in Outlook 2003 from a service that maintains
their email (Pop3). They frequently send sensitive demographic data via
email and I suggested that they start securing it. I know I have read about
this but need to know the steps I need to take to set this up in Outlook 03.

See my reply to HR1's post submitted 3 hours later in this group. In short,
for them to secure it means YOU have to get an e-mail cert and give them
your public key by sending them a digitally signed message.
