Generally speaking, you can't. If people could decrypt messages without the
key then it wouldn't be a very secure encryption method and nobody would
want to use it.

Well, from where did you get the old key? Why not redownload your old
cert from there?

You cannot decrypt a message except with the private key whose public key
was used to encrypt it.

You can't. Contact the issuer and see if they have key recovery
