Encoding

XP pro In Internet explorer, under view, encoding I
clicked on western european (ISO) and now I can not get
it back to western european (windows). Clicking on
western european (windows) did not do it as when I close
IE and then open it it goes back to western european
(ISO). F5 no good. Help

Try using System Restore to take you back to a time prior to when this
began. Start\All Programs\Accessories\System Tools\System Restore.
