Easier way:

1) press the windows key and R at the same time
2)type in "lusrmgr.msc" without quotes and press Enter
3)click on the Users folder
4)then right click on the Administrator user and then click Set Password
5)Type in a password of your choice click ok
6)Then double click on the Administrator user and uncheck the box that says
'Account is Disabled"
7)Click OK and your done
