Enabling network load balancing

I am trying to find doc on configuring NLB and have not come up with good
details.
I have a server with a dual port Intel Pro1000 NIC both enabled on the same
VLAN both with unique IP addresses and I wanted to configure them to load
balance. kind of leary about configuring without detail since this is the
first time I have done it and it is a critical production server any ideas
would be greatly appreciated.
