Enable Tool Box Wizards

In the design view when I add combo boxes and command buttons the wizard does
not come up anymore. What can I do to enable these wizards again?
 
There should be an icon that looks like a magic wand in the toolbox. Make
sure that it's depressed. (Click on it, rather than tell it sad stories <g>)
