Enable text box

Hello there

I have i continues form that looks like table

In this form i locked all the textboxes and enable only one of them

In all the lines the disable works except the lines that their color is
diffrent as a result of format contions that works there

Is there a way to disable also the rows with format condition?
 
If you want to disable a control and not have it "grey out", also lock the
control when you disable it.
