I need a comprehensive list of steps to enable telnet on a XP pro box.
I enabled the service. I created a TelnetClients group. I added the user
'Testing' to that group.
I also followed this document:

which tells how to make local users authenticate as themselves.
But I still get this error when I try to telnet to the machine:
Access Denied: Specified user is not a member of TelnetClients group
Server administrator must add this user to the above group.
Telnet Server has closed the connection
Connection to host lost.
