enable task manager

When I try to turn on task manager I get the message that
the task manager has been disabled by the administrator.
Hoew do I enable task manager again?

To enable Taskmanager;
Start|Run|regedit|H_KEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\
Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\System\DisableTskmgr = data must be blank
