Enable Quick Launch by default

We are setting up a new image for our workstations. We try to make the
user profile creation as automatic as possible. But Windows XP does not
enable the Quick Launch toolbar by default and I don't find which parameter
in
the registry can enable this for all user profile. If someone could help me
?
