Enable postings to attach files in question

I suggest that the website enable us to include attachments so that the
problems we are experiencing could perhaps be easier to resolve if someone
with a solution or a suggestion could actually look at the file in question.

Nobody will bother opening your files. There used to be a lot of attached
files, and it was the biggest complaint about these newsgroups.

It's up to the person with a question to formulate a cogent description of
the problem. Funny thing is, often while writing clear description, the
solution becomes obvious.
