Enable - Open/Save Outlook 2007 Prompt - Vista

I accidentally turned this option off by click the check box. However I'd like the option back. I know that the solution is in a funny place because this is actually the second time it's happened to me. If anyone could give me some steps to follow to turn this prompt back on, that would be awesome. Thanks.
