In EX does anyone know how to enable My Computer Security Zone, under Tools,
Internet Options, Security tab? The My Computer section is hidden and
requires a change in the register. Anyone know step by step?

Thanks,

Microsoft has a huge support knowledgebase that is free for anyone to
use. It is at http://support.microsoft.com. I don't know what "EX" is.
You should select the appropriate Microsoft product to narrow the search
criteria (you can use http://support.microsoft.com/search/?adv=1 for a
direct link to their advanced search page). Then select "Windows XP" as
the product and search for "my computer security zone".

Don't use the Tools -> Internet Options menu selection from within IE7
(My Computer security zone shows up in IE6 but not for IE7). Instead
use the Internet Options applet in Control Panel. There might be a
security policy setting that lets My Computer show up in IE7's view of
Internet Options but using Control Panel works.

Microsoft's KB articles about it are:
315933
555599
